Double Metcon Day!  Be sure to challenge yourself on these WOD's! If you usually use a red band on Pull-ups, try this one without a band. If you usually use a 15# Wallball, go to the 20# ball today! Push yourselves to improve, not just maintain!


20-15-10-5 reps for time of:
Burpees
Pull-ups

Rest 5:00 from the time the last person finishes.

5 RFT of:
7 Wallballs, 20#/15#
7 Box Jumps, 24"/18"
7 HSPU's


Finale:
Spend 2 minutes in your most needed stretching position.

*timed out, I believe limit was 12 min, on 4th round ... but stuck on HSPU's --- out of push power*
