In teams of 3, for time:
200m run
120 Deadlifts, 225#/155#
200m run
120 OHS, 95#/65#
200m run
120 Burpees
200m run
120 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
200m run
120 KTE
200m run
For the 200m runs, each teammate runs 200m every time (so each person will run 200m a total of 6 times). Athletes may immediately start the next movement when they return from the run (even if all teammates are not back yet). However, all 120 reps of that movement must be completed before any teammate starts the next 200m run. The clock stops when all teammates have finished the last run.

Spend 5 minutes contemplating and writing your measurable, achievable goals for 2012. Post them on the wall if you like.
