Deadlift, 275#/185#
Burpees

For scaling the deadlift, a good guideline is to choose a weight at which you can get 21 in a row (i.e., complete the first round unbroken).


Finale
Strict pull-ups - 3 sets of max reps. If you can get more than 10, then add some weight. Between sets, accumulate at least 5:00 of mobbing - your choice.
