Baseline Metcon
For time:
200 m run
Then 15-12-9 reps for time of:
Squats
Push-ups
Pull-ups
200m run

We will also be doing some skill work during class, either before or after the metcon depending on which metcon group you're in.

I seem to have problems with posting many times!!!!! I shouldn't have to do any Burpees!haha!!

for time of 6:42, including funky ankle action and 'wipeout' of sorts.

Skill work:
Jumping rings with an occasional micro-hint of a dip - 30
Double Unders - 50
Hurdle Plyometrics - 5x5 hurdles

My last time was 14:30
Shaved off 4:20 on time
No more weights under chest for pushups.
Full squats.
No more 30" box.
Wow what a difference a few months makes !!!! Yeah !!!!!!!
