Anyone up for a Labor Day WOD?

As you are probably already aware, we don't have class on Labor Day, but if you feel like joining some of your comrades at Kiewit Middle School in the morning, Andy, Peter, and Phil W. are cooking up a sweet WOD for anyone who feels like joining them!  This will not be an official Testify Strength and Conditioning event, but it still sounds like a good time!

I will still be posting a Labor Day WOD as promised for those of you who are looking for something to do on your own, but I encourage you to join the guys at Kiewit - it'll be way more fun!

Here's the info:

8:00 a.m.
