Announcement time!  We will be having an extra class this week on Wednesday night, at 7:30.  It will be the same class as Wednesday morning, so doing a "two-a-day" isn't recommended.  There will be NO CLASS Saturday.

Last week was a big week of heavy lifting - great work everyone!  This week we have another theme.  See if you can figure out what it is.


Back Squat
65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5+

Complete 5 rounds, NOT for time:
Bodyweight Bench Press, max reps
Pull-ups, max reps
On the pull-ups, if you put your foot on the ground, your set is done.
