Check your 1 mile time from 05/29/12 before coming to today's workout!  If you do not, you have automatically chosen option A!


Choose the appropriate option:

Option A - 1 mile time is less than 8 minutes
Run 2 miles.  Rest 5 minutes.  Run 2 miles.

Option B - 1 mile time is 8-10 minutes
Run 1.5 miles.  Rest 5 minutes.  Run 1.5 miles.

Option C - 1 mile time is over 10 minutes
Run 1 mile.  Rest 5 minutes.  Run 1 mile.

Hold all splits (i.e., individual lap times) within 10 seconds of each other or foul.  Foul = 1 minute wall sit (max of 1 foul).
