Important Reminder:  Again, our weekday classes will be moving to a new time starting on Monday, 03/29/10.  From that point forward, the class schedule will be as follows:

Monday: 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday: 7:30 p.m.

Thursday: 7:30 p.m.

Saturday: 7:00 a.m.


Team WOD - Outside!!!
In two-person teams, 3 rounds for time of:
100m OH Carry, 45#/25# (1 per team member)
200m run (1 per team member)
30 Burpees
40 Tire Jumps
50 Push-ups
60 Sit-ups

The OH Carry and 200m run may be completed in succession; after that, each task must be completed in entirety before moving on the next one.  For example, team members must complete all 30 burpees (split up in any way desired) before starting the first tire jump.  If we have an odd number of people, the numbers will be adjusted accordingly.
