A few announcements:
  1. The competition this past Saturday was awesome!!! Thanks to everyone who competed, helped, and cheered - you all made this a great event, and we look forward to more competitions in the future.  Keep bringing your friends and spreading the word - we've got a great thing going here at Testify, so let's keep it growing!
  2. Of course . . . it's Monday, so get those food logs in!  To be fair to everyone and in keeping with the rules of the challenge, remember that all logs must be submitted by 7:30 p.m. sharp, so that's another good reason to be early to class.
  3. We have two more trial Wednesday evening classes to go - so far we've had about 1-2 people each Wednesday evening since we started the trial period.  We need to average 4 or more people consistently attending to make this class a viable option, so if you want to keep this class, bring some friends!

Time at 11:24. Switched to push ups from knees for last 3 of second round. 2 green & 1 purple band for pull ups.
