Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, and we hope that you are blessed to be able to spend it with family and friends.  As we (your coaches) look back on the year, we are indeed thankful for every one of you - you make Testify what it is!  Your accomplishments - getting your first single-under (way to go, Joanne!), doing your first double-under WOD as prescribed (nice work, Rowdy!), knocking out multiple muscle-ups (pretty sweet, J.T.), whatever they might be - they inspire us, and we hope they inspire you too!  Thank you for being a big part of our lives.

Finally, if you're really itching to do a WOD today, here's a Thanksgiving WOD for you to do on your own:

5 rounds for time of:
5 burpees
Sprint 100 meters (you can do this as 50 meters down and 50 meters back if you wish)

Rest 2 minutes, then repeat the 5 rounds.  Your time is the total time (including the 2 minutes rest).
