Running Drills


Bench Press
2 x 5, 1 x 5+


3 rounds for time of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
10 front squats, 165#/105#
10 burpees

This was one of the WODs from the 2009 Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifier (for the CrossFit Games). Get after it!


Finale:  2 minutes in the hyena stretch and 2 minutes mobbing each shoulder.
