We will be doing another 30 day challenge starting in early January! If you would like to join in on the fun, do your research and make your plans now in order to have the most successful experience. Some of us will be doing a Paleo challenge, and others a Whole30 challenge. Both are great choices, and will bring excellent results if you follow them.
