Tuesday 09/02/14 - Open Gym at 6:45 p.m.
We're back to open gym on Tuesday evenings (at 6:45 p.m.)! If you missed Monday's workout, here we go! If you want to work on your kipping pull-ups, this is the night for you! If you'd like to improve your L-sits or your handstands and get some mobility work done, get it done! One (or more) of our coaches will be at every open gym, but there will not be any specific coaching. It is up to you to decide what you're going to work on, so make the most of it!
