B) Strict Pull-ups

A) Back Squat
2 x 5, 1 x 5+

B) Strict Pull-ups
3 x N

10 min AMRAP of:
10 Wall Ball Shots, 20#/14#
15 Box Jumps, 24"/18"

Spend 5-10 minutes practicing either kipping pull-ups, bar muscle-ups, or ring muscle-ups. While resting, accumulate at least 2:00/leg either thigh bar mashing or couch stretching.
