Hey Barn Burners!! the Cleveland contingent started at our gym tonight. We were doing it outside but the weather turned on us.You should have seen the faces of the gym rats when George and I were doing all this weird stuff sweating like crazy and they were not even busting a sweat on their treadmills. I found a Cleveland cross fit that were are going to try and hook up with.I didn't realize how wide spread this cross fit thing was I just thought Phil and Kiley were super smart and creative :) !!!

1 set of 5-75 failed on 3rd..kept trying thinking it was just poor technique...it was also poor strength. Didn't do a 5th set!
