Hey Kiley,
Just want you to know that I didn't mean to say you and Phil WEREN'T super smart and creative. I just thought you invented this whole thing.I didn't realize this program had been invented by someone else.By all means you two are some of the smartest people I know REALLY!!!! I don't want to have to do extra Burpees for insubordination when I get back Ha! Ha!
Just so you know I tell all of my friends here that you two are my own personal Jillian and Bob just like the biggest loser.

I think you were mistaken when you told Leslie there would only be 10 burpees for this workout.

Lori - Well, I didn't THINK there were more Burpees, until I read my sheet. THEN...that's when I told her the rest was a surprise...=)
