Bottom to Bottom Tabata Squats
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Eight times, for a total of four minutes. Record the lowest number of reps, so consistency is key. The "rest" is the trick for this workout. More details at the gym!


The picture below shows full hip extension and a nice switch grip.
