Team WOD
In teams of 3, for time:
200m run
120 Deadlifts, 225#/155#
200m run
120 OHS, 95#/65#
200m run
120 Burpees
200m run
120 KB Swings, 1.5 pood/1 pood
200m run
120 KTE
200m run

For the 200m runs, each teammate runs 200m every time (so each person will run 200m a total of 6 times).  Athletes may immediately start the next movement when they return from the run (even if all teammates are not back yet).  However, all 120 reps of that movement must be completed before any teammate starts the next 200m run.  The clock stops when all teammates have finished the last run.

Becky did most of the work out...and...we were tricked into going past the 25 minute cut off...really though, I am glad we finished.

our time was 34:something...I threw the newspaper out that I wrote it on...think I'll bring my notebook tonight.
