Great news!!! We are excited to announce the addition of a new TSC coach! Becky Zahradnik will be leading classes starting the week of 07/18/10. Becky has experience as a volleyball coach at the collegiate and club levels, she has been training clients in a one-on-one situation for the past several years, and she became a CrossFit Level 1 Instructor on 07/11/10. This additional staff at TSC should help us offer an even more flexible schedule for all of you, and we are very happy to be welcoming Becky to our team!
Below are some pictures from our first competition this past Saturday (07/17/10). To everyone that competed - you were great! The temperature and humidity were brutal, but you guys went all out, and it was a blast to watch and coach you! I'm looking forward to the next one - hopefully a bit cooler! Congrats to our winners, and a big thank you to everyone who was there, whether you competed, helped, or cheered people on.
