Dang, missed another great WOD, with burpees no less! But, Sharon working and one sick girls won out this morning. Still looking forward to the "12 Days"!

Dead lift 1 rep max

45-5, 95-3, 125-2, 155-1, 165-1, 175-f, 170-f...I know I can lift more than this for a 1 rep max but not today.
