I was looking through some of the oldest posts here, and there are so many fun memories! A big part of the fun for me was remembering how much progress people made (and continue to make!) over time. Take some time to look back in your own book and see how far you've come! Then take some time to look forward and set some new goals for February and get crackin!

I went a bit lighter tonight, because I wanted to burn right through the work out, with minimal breaks. Red band Kips are getting easier. Looking to Kip w/o band soon.
