Smooth sailing through the bench press tonight... might have something to do with all the burpees I've been doing. Definitely could have pushed myself a bit more on the GUs, but never done them before, so didn't know where to start.

Got to thinkin'... I started feeling bad about using tonight's warm-up as my obligatory burpees for the day. So, after posting a min ago, I went downstairs and pumped out 24 vvveeeeerrrrrrry sllllloooowwww burpees to make up for my guilt.
