Finale:  5 min of handstand practice.  Is the handstand your goat?  Can you kick-up on your own?  Get nasty, people - grab a coach/spotter and say, "Hey, I want to get this handstand thing and nail it - spot me, will ya?"  If handstands/HSPUs/inverted burpees come up in a workout, and you inwardly groan (or worse, you don't show up to class!), then I am talking to you, my friend.  Be proactive - attack this.  Master it.  Then you can giggle with glee every time it comes up in a workout.
