Hey looking at tonights finale... I am all about the couch stretch... In fact that usually fits well with a cold one.

Deadlift=I showed up late, so no increase, just warm up deadlifts.

Metcon = 7:34

Finale= check, plus new hammy stretch that Becka can do way better then I.
