Compare to 09/20/11.


Finale: 2 sets of pull-ups for max reps. Do 1 set of pull-ups until failure, then wait about 3 minutes and do the 2nd set of pull-ups until failure. Do some mobility work in during that 3 minute rest.

It started getting fuzzy what A HSPU looks like compared to a kickup. They started looking very similar after a couple of rounds.
