I want to do this work out again. I felt like I didn't eat my Wheaties.... not that I eat Wheaties. Andy and I finished I thought after 22 minutes, me at 22:40. However, I did not do my last Double unders. I did not sub any out for the 60 and 45 so this took a long time, but I'd call it a PR. Very tiring! Yet I was not sore at all? Deadlifts were 185.
Unable to make class tonight so I did my workout best I could at our company fitness center

I really must learn to do double unders,
I did 300-225-150 regular
took me 29:32 so I guess I didn't make it in 20 minutes
