Check out this video of Kendrick Farris snatching 157 kg (345 lbs).  The second part of the video is in slow-motion, and it's a great example of a properly executed snatch . . . and it's just plain awesome!

Finale:   Accumulate 2 minutes on your hands.


 Mobbing the calves/ankles in the finale - way to stick around and get it done!
