Finale: Bodyweight bonanza! 10 Pistols, 10 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, and 10 KTE/TTB. Each movement should be challenging - for example, Jill might do weighted pull-ups while Jack does pull-ups with a band. Alice might do push-ups on a box while Bob does handstand push-ups. Break this up into rounds if necessary, but set an 8 minute cap for yourself (it is NOT for time).
