With it getting warmer outside (a high of 57 degrees is forecast for Thursday!), we will be going outside sometimes, so be sure to bring whatever gear you think necessary to survive the elements - long sleeves, sweat pants, snowshoes, etc.

6 Down-backs
25 Double-Unders
4 Down-backs
50 Double-Unders
2 Down-backs
75 Double-Unders

Finale (do both)
  1. 50 push-ups in as few sets as possible
  2. 15 kipping pull-ups (if you already have kipping pull-ups, work on CTB pull-ups)
