20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest exactly 3:00 between rounds. Record your time for each round

Remember, we will scale this appropriately for each athlete.


Finale:
Spend 6 minutes mobbing whatever muscle group you need to.
