20 min of:
1 lap around the school (leaving and returning through the NE doors)

12 Box Jumps, 24"/18"
18 Squats

The 20 minutes starts when you start your run around the building.  When you get back, you have the remaining time to get in as many rounds as possible.  Post rounds (and partial rounds) to the comments.


Finale:  2 min/leg in the flamingo stretch and 4 min in a mob of your choice
