Each round consists of 30 seconds of work followed by 1 minute of rest.

Compare to 02/28/13 (today's metcon has less rest between the two segments).


Finale:  Hamstring bar mash for 2 min/leg.

Not sure if it was the rest day or the WOD but today was awesome! Minus double unders and snatch...they make me hate life.
