Running Clinic Today!
Stick around after class (or come at 9:30) for the first ever TSC Running Clinic! Learn some running technique, sharpen your skills, and experience a short running-based WOD at the end. Bring non-TSC friends as well and have someone to train for your 5k with you! Cost for both clinics and the running program is $20/person. Even if you didn't sign up, we hope to see you there!
