Reminder: Please use the door on the WEST side of the gym to come into the building. There are two on that side - use the one furthest to the NORTH. There are stairs to the weight room immediately inside the door.

Unless otherwise specified, "hang" generally refers to a starting position wherein the bar is touching the mid-thigh. This position is also referred to as "hang from the mid-thigh" or more simply as just the "mid-hang" position. (There are other hang positions as well, notably the high hang position and the below-the-knee position, but those are topics for another day.)


21-15-9 reps for time of:
DB Thrusters, 45#/30#
Burpees

8:00 cap


Finale: Strict pull-ups - 3 sets of max reps. If you can get more than 10, then add some weight. In between sets, mob something - your choice.
