15 Shoulder-to-overhead, 135#/95#
15 CTB Pull-ups
50 Double-unders

With the remainder of the 12 minutes, do AMReAP of:
Lateral Jump Burpees

Your score is the number of lateral jump burpees you complete. Scale appropriately so that you complete the 4 rounds in under 12 minutes. Side note - a lateral jump burpee is the following: take your chest to the ground as in a normal burpee, get up, and hop sideways over the bar without clapping - this is one rep. Roll something for a total of 6:00. You can roll on something - PVC, Rumby, or hamstring mash on a bar - or you can roll something on you - like the thigh bar mash.
