Conditioning
3 rounds, each for time, of:
15 Slapping Push-ups
30 Sit-ups
45 Jumping Squats
Rest 2 minutes between rounds, and record your time for each round.
Group conditioning workouts will start at 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., and 6:30 p.m.
Finale
Couch stretch for 2:00/leg.
