30 Thrusters
30 Burpees
30 Box Jumps

10 Thrusters
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps

In teams of two, complete the following reps. You must complete one exercise as a team before any of your group starts on the next exercise. You can divide the reps between teammates however you like, but only one person can be working at a time. (If we must have a team of three, we will add reps for that team, don't worry. =)

In teams of two:
50 Thrusters,I tried 50#...got 2 sets of 2, then switched to 40#...just fine for the rest of the workout
