In groups of two, complete the following:
3 rounds for time of:
2 Down-back (6 cement sections = 144 ft total) Sandbag Carries, 100#/50#
20 Push-ups
20 Tire Hops
Each exercise must be completed before either teammate can move on to the next. You may divide up the reps however you like for each exercise, but you must determine the number of reps each person will do prior to starting the WOD.

Started at 45#, then65# warm ups
then 5 x 5 at 75#.
I might need to back off the weight so I can work on my form...75# was maybe a little more than I can do while trying to squat more upright...
