Hey!
I was sorry to miss, but I mowed the lawn, trimmed and sawed a maple tree, ran nearly 3 miles, and then stretched to the curious stares of my neighbors. My lawn care takes up so much of my time in the spring and summer, I hate to miss, but I have so much more power this spring!! I got a pretty major limb down without help from my burly boy neighbors, yeah!
See you all next week!!

With this being only the second time doing wallballs, I didn't struggle with it as much as I did the first time. Maybe the WO was more intense the fist time I did them. Anyways, I felt much stronger and was able to do more consistent reps this time around. Good workout!
