I know I'm usually there tonight but won't be today. 2 reasons...first my shoulder has really been bothering but more importantly Phil & I are celebrating our 13th anniversary today! Pizza with the kids. Also, I didn't answer about the shirts but would be interested in both styles. Have a great workout everyone!

5 rounds completed in WOD and started sixth round. Completed Power Snatch and 3 Snatch Balance.
WOD weight was 85#

in WOD got to 7th round and finished the Power snatch. So just had balance, and OHS left. SO CLOSE!

Knee decided it wasn't ready to lift yet. Did a bit of circut training in the weight room to make up for it. Thursday will be better.
