Some highlights from the Oklahoma CrossFit Sectionals.  A few things came to mind as I watched this video...First, there is a pretty wide array of body types competing.  Second, the faces the competitors make as they work are not the faces of people you might see on an elliptical at the gym...but then again, their bodies aren't like those you might see on an elliptical at the gym, either.  Third, doesn't that just look fun?!?!
