Snatch-related

OHS + Snatch Balance
4 x 2 + 2

This means you will do 2 OHS and then 2 snatch balances - then set the bar down. That is 1 set of "2 + 2" - you will do 4 sets in all.

Keep the weights relatively light - we're working on a consistent and solid receiving position for the snatch.

100 pullups (kipping with purple and red bands...my first skin breakage!)

46 situps
0 squats

It took me 30 minutes to get this far!!!

Warm up with pass throughs, OHS, and burpees... yeah!!!

30lb, 45lb, 65lb, 65lb

Oh Angie...
100 pull ups green/red bands
must reduce to groups of 5 at a time(in beginning) to speed up getting to 100.

100 pushups
groups of 3, must do more pushups to improve time

No situps or squats. Next time? Took 30 minutes and some change.
