Need to increase weekly rear squat reps and weight, to reach goal of bodyweight squat (160 lbs). Frustrated with low squat weight when bench and deadlift is very good (200 and 280). I believe this may be related to many years of cycling and neglecting lower body weight training (too much focus on upper body isolation movements).
