10 DB Hang Cleans, 45#/30#
10 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups

Since these are hang cleans and not hang power cleans, each clean should be received in a full squat. You may choose to take the weight from the deck instead of from the hang (e.g., this would be useful on the first rep of each round).
