*timed out, trouble w/ the weighted pull ups ... does not really allow full kip ... placed weight db between legs ... may be able to try ankle ... went w/ regular kip pull ups after first round ... challenged w/ gripping bar (sweat dripping to hand) struggled w/ trying to get thru this one*
