Bad note: 20# ball too heavy, dropped it half the time and had 30% of reps not reach the 10' line. Could not complete correctly. Next time, use 15# max and work on form.
Good note: finally, a breakout on DU's...15 in a row, twice! I no longer fear the reaper on these.
