Back Squat - I did this at 24hour since I can't come tonight. Got my original target max of 170.

Target Max = 180
75% x 5 = 135 x 5
85% x 3 = 155 x 3
95% x 1+ = 170 x 2 PR!(I think I could have got 3 but didn't go for it since I was @ 24hourfit...needed my support system)

Have fun with the burpees!

Dang, why do I miss the fun burpee workout?! I did "Elizabeth" (21-15-9 of Squat cleans and ring dips) at CrossFit Hollywood today. Good class of 6 other guys, interesting warm-up which I will share. Interesting music choice which I will not share. Overall, good experience...cab ride cost 25.00 each way, to go 10 miles! Can't wait to get home!
