7 rounds + 3 burpees *improved over last time we did this in March ... hypothesis = more crossfit results in impovement*

6 rounds + 5 burpees...1 full round less than March. But, 10#more on the SDHP. Blame it on age? Actually, I find ALOT of correlation b/n rest days and workout days...best for me is 3 workouts per week, with a rest day between workouts. Consecutive day workouts suffer on the second day.
