10 Deadlifts
30 Weighted Sit-ups
Choose your own weights.  For the sit-ups, hold the weight on your chest.  Your head must touch the ground at the bottom of the sit-ups.


Check this out! There's a little bit of athleticism here, no?

That clips motivates me to want to jump rope better. Amazing. Flipping while jumping rope. I bet Phil can do this in his sleep :)
