For me, one of the most fun (funnest) workouts - lots o' energy from everyone.
Sugar article - sugar/sweets are my addiction and downfall...ice cream, chocolate (cheap, crappy kind - although I do love the 60% bars too), cookies, etc. Everything else Paleo I love and see results when I am able to control the sugar cravings.
